The coaching staff at Triangle Multisport is proud and excited to be a title sponsor of the Triangle Multisport/Inside Out Sports Team for the fourth consecutive year. Our goal is to provide a unique opportunity for the local elite athletes to have access to top coaches, training partners, deals, and racing options to help them reach their potential. In addition, the community service that these athletes provide by efforts such as reaching out to other triathletes and cleaning up the roads plays an important part in our mission with the team.
Triangle Multisport has unparalleled success in coaching athletes from beginners to World Championship medalists due to the experience, dedication, education, and expertise of the coaching staff. Since 2000, we have coached hundreds of triathletes, runners, cyclists, swimmers, and numerous other athletes. We also pride ourselves in being active supporters of local triathlon clubs, teams, and races.
Another reason for our success is the personal nature of our coaching. We don’t believe in offering block programs because everybody has different needs, backgrounds, time commitments, etc. and trying to say that one program fits for three different sports just doesn’t make sense. What we do offer is:
- Personalized Monthly Coaching: Individualized written workouts updated a week or two in advance. Cost includes either WorkoutLog or TrainingPeaks software for the athletes to view workouts and keep their own logs.
- Individual sessions: We are very big on teaching proper technique and encourage one-on-one sessions for everything from swimming, cycling, running, and strength training.
- Clinic and Camps: We offer numerous clinics and camps throughout the year ranging from swimming, ½ and full marathons, triathlon, etc. If you’re interested in having one in your area just contact us and we will try to put something together.
